How do I return the wireless equipment?

Shortly after (during Sell Phone Buy Back business hours) submitting your order you will receive an email.

If you selected Free Shipping, you will receive an email with instructions and a prepaid shipping label that you attach to a box of your choice.

If you selected Send A Box Shipping, you will receive an email notifying you when your box has been shipped. This email will also contain instructions on what to do when you receive your box(es).

They are then thoroughly tested again before they are considered ready for other uses. If the equipment cannot be economically repaired they can still be used for parts or they are recycled according to all Federal and State environmental regulations.

May I also send in my accessories?

Yes. We encourage environmentally safe disposal of all wireless electronic products. If you do not have the ability to dispose of these items appropriately, we encourage you to send them with your order. No additional incentive is offered for accessories.

How long will the whole process take?
